RIYADH, 23 December 2002 — Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs Dr. Mohammed Al-Jarallah signed contracts worth SR46.6 million with national companies here yesterday to establish recreational and commercial facilities and promote investment in the Eastern Province. The contracts involve setting up a skiing hall, an anchorage for boats, a sailing club, a recreational games facility and a commercial center in Alkhobar. (SPA)
