SANAA, 25 October 2003 — Authorities arrested a Kuwaiti suspected of links to “terrorist” groups as he tried to leave Yemen, a security official said yesterday. The man, identified as Jaber Al-Jalahma, was being questioned after being detained at Sanaa airport as he tried to leave on a Qatar Airways flight. “The man is an extremist who entered Yemen illegally,” the official said.
