RIYADH, 28 October 2003 — The Shoura Council yesterday urged the government to implement more desalination projects to meet the growing need for water and electricity. It also urged the Saline Water Conversion Corporation to train more Saudis in cooperation with universities and technical education centers to work for its desalination plants.
