JEDDAH, 29 October 2003 — The director of the Passports Department, Maj. Gen. Abdul Aziz Sajeeni, estimates that some 1.25 million pilgrims will arrive in the Kingdom during Ramadan. He told Al-Watan Arabic daily the department was fully prepared for the Ramadan rush.
