JEDDAH, 20 November 2003 — Female Saudi pharmacists can open their own pharmacies in all-women commercial centers and work there, according to Dr. Mansour Al-Hawasi, deputy health minister for executive affairs. “They will be also allowed to open pharmacies in other areas and recruit male pharmacists,” Okaz daily quoted him as saying.
