RIYADH, 24 November 2003 — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday received a message from British Prime Minister Tony Blair. It was handed to the crown prince by the newly designated British ambassador to the Kingdom, Sherard Louis Cowper-Coles. Prince Abdullah also received a message from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
