HAFR AL-BATEN, 3 December 2003 — Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, inaugurated the new buildings and facilities of the Peninsula Shield, a joint force of the GCC countries, in the Northern Region here yesterday.
The project was carried out by a Saudi company at a cost of SR900 million.
