JEDDAH, 11 December 2003 — A ceremony was held at King Abdul Aziz University here yesterday in honor of Dr. Abdullah Omar Naseef, president of the International Federation of Muslim Scouts, who has been awarded the King Abdul Aziz Medal of the First Order. The function was attended by Jeddah Governor Prince Mishaal and senior officials.
