JEDDAH, 24 May 2004 — Saudi Telecom has urged customers with Family Mobile chips to replace their old chips with new ones free of charge, Al-Madinah reported. STC is sending text messages in English and Arabic to some 90,000 family mobile customers. The change became necessary when STC added an extra zero to subscriber numbers.
