JIZAN, 5 May 2004 — Five riyals has kept a retired man from getting a SR20,000 loan to renovate his house, Al-Madinah reported. The man’s income is SR3005 per month and the upper limit for loan eligibility is SR3000. The man has asked officials to grant him the loan since otherwise he cannot afford to renovate his house.
