JEDDAH, 10 September 2004 — Indira Gandhi National Open University, which offers a wide range of higher academic programs run worldwide from its New Delhi headquarters, began its counseling classes at the ATEICO Communication premises, Sitteen Road, here yesterday. ATEICO General Manager Riaz Mulla and IGNOU’s coordinator and administrator explained the features of various programs and the system of assignments and exam. Its second semester has begun for 170 students across the Kingdom, in addition to the first semester’s 70 students. Classes are being held every Thursday and Friday with the help of counselors.
