RIYADH, 23 September 2004 — The Order of Filipino Civil Engineers in Riyadh (OFCER), an international chapter/fraternal affiliate of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. (PICE), is inviting all civil and structural engineers to attend a seminar on “Current Trend on Structural Design with Software Applications, Series 4-01.”
The seminar will be held in all five Fridays next month starting on October 1st at the White Palace Hotel from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
George Manlangit, Jr, OFCER’s vice president for education, said the seminar is part of the group’s program to enhance the technical expertise of members through software applications.
