DAMMAM, 10 October 2004 — When the census employee was welcomed into the house with warmth and hospitality little did he know a bride was on offer besides family details that he was seeking. Over a cup of tea, the head of the family asked the census employee if he was married. When the answer was no, he told him that he would like to offer him one of his seven daughters in marriage. After a few days, the same enumerator came to the house, this time with his family members to marry one of his daughters, Dammam-based Al-Youm Arabic daily newspaper reported.
