JEDDAH, 17 October 2004 — A new satellite TV channel for promoting real estate business will be launched from the Eastern Province as soon as feasibility study is completed, according to Ayed Al-Qahtani, executive manager of Al-Oula real estate company. The channel seeks to develop the real estate market, tourism and investment and is expected to be a commercial success. Al-Qahtani said that launching a real estate satellite channel specialized only in real estate market is an acceptable idea in the present time. The channel is coming at a time when real estate is experiencing a business boom.
