JEDDAH, 1 February 2005 — The United Kerala Forum for Tsunami Relief, which includes 14 different organizations, has collected SR63,303, toward providing relief to the victims of deadly tidal waves.
The forum handed over cash and drafts totaling SR20,000 to Indian Consul General Dr. Ausaf Sayeed here last week. The forum’s general body also decided to make arrangements to send the balance amount of SR43,303 to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
