New Horizons Computer Learning Centers have released results of data analysis demonstrating the value that a New Horizons training experience has on workforce performance and effectiveness.
As shown by 2005 data, over 91 percent of learners stated that they were significantly satisfied with instructor performance in a New Horizons’ classroom. In addition, nearly 80 percent of these learners felt they had gained significant new knowledge and skills from the New Horizons training they received. After training, over 75 percent significantly agreed that the New Horizons training experience was a worthwhile investment of their time and their employer’s costs.
Learners realized performance improvements within only 2 months after returning to their jobs. The metrics quantified the value of New Horizons training in terms of impact, results and financial ROI. Highlights included:
*56 percent of participants cited significant improvements in on-the-job productivity.
*51 percent of participants cited significant improvements in workplace quality.
*70 percent of participants used the training within the first eight weeks on the job.
