JEDDAH, 22 September 2005 — Muhammad ibn Abdul Rahman Al-Tubaishi has been appointed chief of royal protocols in place of Muhammad ibn Abdul Rahman Al-Asheikh, a Royal Court announcement said.

“Muhammad Al-Asheikh, chief of royal protocols, has been relieved of his duties on his request,” the announcement said, adding that the new chief Tubaishi would be in the rank of a minister.
