MAKKAH, 24 November 2005 — A special committee composed of representatives of the ministries of interior, Haj and commerce has begun a probe into complaints about a number of Umrah service companies, Al-Madinah reported. Companies and agencies found guilty of violating regulations will be blacklisted and banned from doing business.
