BAHRAIN, 20 February 2007 — With less than a week to go until official groundbreaking, momentum is gathering at Marina West. All parties involved in the construction of Bahrain’s first and unique gated residential beachfront community on the Kingdom’s west coast have mobilized to the site and in excess of 10 percent of its more than 1,280 luxury freehold residences have already been sold.
