JEDDAH, 17 March 2007 — Thirty delegations from Arab and non-Arab countries are participating in the second International Arab Civil Aviation Safety Conference scheduled to be held here on March 26 at the Hilton Hotel. Abdullah Rehaimy, president of General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA), said some 480 participants from Arab and non Arab Islamic states were participating. More than 300 will represent the government bodies operating in the airport, airline company officials in the Kingdom and GACA representatives. Rehaimy said organizing, executive and technical committees have been formed to handle the conference.
