Suzuki Saudia, the sole distributor of Suzuki vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and part of Bamarouf Group, has launched the new Suzuki XL7 2008 edition in the Saudi automotive market, which was announced during a press conference held on Saturday at its showroom on Palestine road, Jeddah. Suzuki Saudia has unveiled the new XL7 model in response to strong market demand as the number of clients looking for high-performance 4x4 and SUV vehicles has increased substantially. “As the sole dealer of Suzuki vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we have launched the XL7 2008 to help us address the increasing consumer demand for the Suzuki brand and increase our share in the Saudi automotive market. This is also part of our efforts to enhance our partnership with Suzuki, and in line with our mission to constantly provide the Saudi market with high-quality products and services,” said Maher Al-Nabawy, deputy general manager of Suzuki Saudia. Ahmed Shamaile, sales manager of Suzuki Saudia, said: “The new XL7 combines comfortable design and enhanced performance. Saudi Arabian Sensing Solutions Co (SASSCO), the joint company formed by GE Sensing and the Tamimi Group, opened its new sales, service and training centre in AlKhobar yesterday. The opening of the centre further demonstrates GE’s commitment to on-going, significant investment in the Kingdom. The opening event hosted invited guests from all regions and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia and was supported by senior management from both GE and Tamimi. Also on hand were a number of international experts to explain the latest developments in technology and instrumentation at simultaneous presentations.
