JEDDAH: The Formula 2000 races, with top international teams competing, will be the highlight of the 2nd annual Obhur tourism festival scheduled here from Oct. 2-8. Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal will open the festival, which has the support of Jeddah Gov. Prince Mishaal bin Majed.
