Thirty-five speakers from within and outside Saudi Arabia will be talking part in the forum. About half of them are expected to come from abroad.  According to Sager, 17 major companies and organizations including the Umm Al-Qura Development and Construction Company and Saudi Research and Publishing Group, the parent company of Arab News, are supporting the event as sponsors.

Registered delegates are being personally emailed details of the forum according to Sager.  This includes information on Saudi customs as well as details on separate seating arrangement for women delegates.
