- JEDDAH: The Charity Warehouse in Jeddah has launched an annual survey about the requirements of 9,000 poor families registered with it.
- The survey will cover 4,000 new additional families living in various Jeddah districts.
"The study, which will last until mid-April, is being conducted in six centers in the city by Saudi youth trained on various techniques of gathering detailed information from families," said Charity Warehouse Executive Director Abdullah Al-Qahtani.
The data will be used to sort beneficiaries into six categories.
The organization sponsors a program that assigns cards to needy families who can use them to buy food in bulk. The charity also provides clothing and furniture.
