Anaj Alfateh Sulamian, 21, an undergraduate student at the Pune college, died at a local hospital, IANS news agency reported.

The blast ripped through a popular German bakery on Feb. 13, injuring 60 people. Nine were killed on the spot, and a further seven have since died of their injuries.

At least 13 injured are still being treated in hospitals in Pune, about 165 km south-west of Mumbai. The condition of four was still critical, the police said.

The dead include five foreign nationals and 11 Indians, most of them students.

Indian media said investigators suspect the involvement of the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and the home-grown Indian Mujahideen group.

The bombing was the first major attack in India since the 2008 siege in financial hub Mumbai, when 10 LeT operatives killed 166 people.
