Dr. Mashaael Al-Otaibi, secretary-general of the organization, emphasized that the group is keen to provide all care and attention to Arab children through its various programs and activities. Hussein Al-Adhel, secretary-general of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), also attended the meeting. He appreciated Prince Sultan’s care and support of Arab  and Saudi children, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Prince Sultan was presented a certificate by the Organization of Arab Children in recognition of his support of children's rights in general and Arab children in particular. He was also presented the ribbon of the organization.

Several Saudi and Arab children living in the Kingdom accompanied the delegation. They staged an operetta titled "Arab Children.”

Separately, Prince Sultan received the chairman and members of the board of directors of RCCI. The crown prince lauded the efforts being made by the chamber in serving the country, and wished them all success.

On his part, Abdul Rahman Al-Jeraisy, chairman of the board, thanked the Saudi government for its continuous support to the business community in the Kingdom. He also commended the wise policy of Saudi Arabia and the measures it had taken to weather the global financial crisis.
