The jobs will be created in areas of welding, production, engineering drawing, accounting and secretarial works.

The agreement will provide opportunities for job seekers to enroll in a training program starting with employment, where they can acquire specialized skills and practical experiences in fields needed by Al-Hajri.

Saad Al-Khaldi, BRJ director in Alkhobar, and Faisal Nasser Al-Hajri, general manager of Al-Hajri Co., signed the agreement.

Al-Hajri said his company is seeking to Saudize jobs with the help of training centers by creating a wide base of technicians who are capable of using modern technologies.

These technicians in turn will help young Saudis to find jobs in the private sector after acquire and develop top skills.

The training course is introduced in cooperation with Arabian Taif for Technical Education and Training.

Al-Khaldi said the agreement comes in line with previous agreements between the two organizations to provide training for Saudi youth in several vocational areas. In 2008, approximately 700 youths received training in welding and turnery. The program will be completed this year.

The period of the training ranges from one to two years.
