- RIYADH: A Saudi-sponsored cultural exhibition titled “Twenty Windows on the World” will be opened at UNESCO headquarters in Paris by Education Minister Prince Faisal bin Abdullah along with the organization’s Director General Irina Bokova on Tuesday.
Ziyad Al-Dress, the Kingdom’s permanent representative to the UNESCO, said the exhibition of paintings by top artists from different countries was aimed at promoting cultural and interfaith dialogue. The exhibition will feature 23 paintings by artists around the world in order to support the king’s call for dialogue to strengthen world peace and security.
