However, the police foiled Sena workers' attempt to take out a rally from the city center to the ABCL studios where the reality show is being shot. The Sena is protesting against the inclusion of two Pakistani artistes Veena Malik and Nawazish Ali in the show and want them to be expelled from the reality show.

Monday was the fifth day of the agitation. No untoward incident was reported during the strike as the police had maintained tight security throughout the city. As a precautionary measure the police took into custody Gajanan Babar, the Sena member of Parliament from Pimpri-Chinchwad constituency in Pune and legislator Neelam Gorhe as also hundreds of Sena workers and released them in the suburb of Dehu Road, about 20 km off from Lonavala.

Gorhe told journalist on Sunday evening that the reality show has a deadly combination of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack convict Mohammed Ajmal Amir Qasab's lawyer Abbas Kazmi and the two Pakistani artistes. However, Kazmi was eliminated on Friday from the show after the 13 contestants nominated him in the elimination round.

Gorhe said Sena chief Bal Thackeray has already made the reality show will not be allowed until Kazmi and the Paksitani artistes are expelled from the show.

Meanwhile the police on Sunday nabbed four Sena workers for allegedly attacking a vehicle carrying two technical staff and a waiter of the reality show on Saturday. They were produced in a local court, which released them on bail.
