Ayman Tariq Jamal, chairman of the Committee of Young Businessmen, said the event is being sponsored by Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and that it is aimed at encouraging young men and women to enter the world of business and launch their own projects.

“We intend to realize this message through the five points of marketing, finance, facilitation, learning and communication,” he said, adding that the business ideas of young entrepreneurs will be shown to big companies and government bodies. “These young men have distinctive services and fine products which are worthy of support," he said, adding that the exhibition will focus on realizing the government’s strategy to enable young men and women find jobs and start their own businesses.

Badr bin Abdul Rahman Al-Qazi, chairman of the event’s organizing committee, said around 300 young businessmen and businesswomen will participate in the exhibition.

Ranyah Salamah, chairperson of the Committee of Young Businesswomen, which was launched only this year by the JCCI, said there was complete coordination and cooperation with the Committee of Young Businessmen on all projects. She added that the committee was involved in preparations for the exhibition to ensure its success. She also recalled that young businesswomen have participated in preparations for the two previous exhibitions but will now be able to play an even bigger role.
