The three-day conference has been organized by Malaysia’s Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation in cooperation with the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO). It was opened by Malaysian Higher Education Minister Mohamed Khaled Nordin on Tuesday.

The Saudi delegation also includes the heads of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, King Saud University in Riyadh and King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran.
