The Las Vegas Sun reports that the 49-year-old Motley Crue singer's case will now be heard by a newly elected judge who is assigned to driving under the influence trials. A Clark County District Attorney's office spokeswoman said Monday that Neil will go before Justice of the Peace William Kephart on Jan. 26. His original court date was Jan 6.

Neil has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is accused of driving while intoxicated and speeding at 96.5 kph in a 72 kph zone before he was stopped in his Lamborghini sports car by police on June 27 near the Las Vegas Strip. Neil lives with his fourth wife in Las Vegas.
