At the opening ceremony, Prince Mishaal highlighted the government’s efforts to meet the citizens’ requirements and improve their living and educational standards.

“The government also follows up on the implementation of the development projects in different parts of the country. You might have heard Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah’s directives to ministers telling them not to delay projects,” the prince said.

He said all government departments would feed the new data center in order to know the progress of development projects in the region. “The center will help decision-makers to know the development requirements of the region,” he pointed out.

The center is designed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation following the directives of the governor. Hatim Al-Hatila, an engineer who designed the program, gave a presentation on how it can be used by the different departments.
