- RIYADH: Saudi bank AlJazira’s second-quarter profit nearly tripled, the bank said in a bourse statement.
The lender made a net profit of SR65 million ($17 million) in the three months to June 30, up from SR22 million in the same period a year earlier.
Analysts had forecast, on average, net profit of SR56 million for the second quarter, according to a Reuters poll.
