- HAMBURG, Germany: Emma Moffat led an Australian sweep of the top three places in the women’s race of the Hamburg triathlon on Sunday.
Moffat mastered the 1,500-meter swim, 40-kilometer bike ride and 10,000-meter run in 1 hour, 53.37 seconds.
Emma Jackson and Emma Snowsill were second and third, both in the same time of 1:53.44.
On Saturday, Brad Kahlefeldt of Australia won the men’s competition.
