A Haia patrol noted a Saher car parked near a mosque in the Aziziyah district in Madinah with an employee in the car doing his job while prayers were being conducted.

The employee, who was not identified, was reportedly taken to the Haia office to find out why he did not pray in the mosque and opted to stay in his car instead.
