- RIYADH: Saudi Innovation, Diversification & Investment (SIDI) Forum & Exhibition 2012, which is taking place in Riyadh from March 25-28, will focus on “industry-led job creation,” the role of the private sector and the incentives and opportunities being implemented by the government and stakeholders.
“The time has come for private and public sectors alike to help the Kingdom address its challenges through investment, diversification and innovation,” said Princess Nouf bint Miteb bin Abdullah Al-Saud.
The forum and exhibition is fully supported by Turki Al-Saud, vice president for research institutes at King Abdullah City for Science & Techonolgy (KACST), as well as Ahmed Abdulkarim, CEO of the Cadre Economic City, who is responsible for manpower development that will form the backbone of the multibillion dollar Economic City developments at the heart of the Kingdom’s economic strategy.
