The ambassador praised Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and the Saudi leadership for the services provided to pilgrims during last year’s pilgrimage.

He conveyed the gratitude of the Pakistani government for increasing the country’s pilgrim quota this year.

The ambassador also commended the decision of the Saudi government to make available the monorail facility to all pilgrims from this year.

While appreciating the services at airports in Jeddah and Madinah, the ambassador requested the provision of fast-track facilities to Pakistani pilgrims.

Al-Farsy told the ambassador all possible services would be provided to Pakistani pilgrims.

The ambassador conveyed the greetings of Pakistan’s Minister of Religious Affairs Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah to the minister. The meeting was also attended by Pakistan's Consul General Abdul Salik Khan and Director General of Haj Abu Akif Ahmed.
