- CAIRO: Egyptian actress Hanan Turk has accused the Interior Ministry of falsifying charges against her.
- Before the fall of the Egyptian regime, Turk was accused in a famous case with actress Wafaa Amer of indecent behavior.
In a recent TV interview, Turk denied these charges saying that she was not with Wafaa at that time and that she was dragged out of her house.
She said that she was confident of her innocence and her family and husband stood by her side. She said that she was not going to file any charges against those who accused her.
