Businessman Nasser Abusarhad said the new company was planned after the Labor Ministry announced its plans to reorganize recruitment of foreign workers.

He said the new company's services would cover all parts of the Kingdom. "The company will supply not only household servants such as drivers and maids but also skilled workers," he explained.

The new company will also provide housing and boarding facilities for workers throughout their stay in the Kingdom. "We'll also provide them with necessary training to meet the requirements of employers."

According to Saad Al-Baddah, chairman of the company's constituent committee, it will have 26 branches across the Kingdom. "We are now preparing for the registration and launch of the company," he said.

He said the new company would supply workers such as housemaids and drivers within half an hour after a company or individual places an order.

The Labor Ministry had called for the formation recruitment companies by merging a minimum of five existing recruitment agencies. If the company intends to recruit only domestic help from abroad, it should have a minimum paid-up capital of SR50 million. To offer recruitment services to the public and private sectors as well, its capital should be SR100 million.
