- CAIRO: In a step that is considered first of its kind, the Egyptian Interior Ministry announced its intention to participate in producing the second part of the serial “The Officer and my Brother.”
The first part of this serial was aired in 2010 and was a big success. The writer of the serial said that the Interior Ministry wanted to improve their public image and to reconnect with the people after the relationship between the two was at its lowest level since the fall of the previous Egyptian regime.
