The leaders discussed cooperation between the two countries in the field of tourism and antiquities during the meeting. Al-Bakheet expressed his appreciation for the close relations between the two countries.

He thanked the prince for the favorable treatment of Kingdom toward Jordan.

Prince Sultan also conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah to Jordan's King Abdallah, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The prince also chaired a work session of the conference under the title "Tourism industry and its role in combating poverty and unemployment in the region."

The prince said  Saudi tourism industry drew lessons from the Jordanian touristic experience.

Saudi Arabia has sent delegates to Jordan to get acquainted with the Jordanian experience in the field of tourism, the prince said on arrival in Amman on Wednesday.

He described Jordan as a school that is  systematic and organized in this field.
