The young 24-year-old Saudi was born in Jeddah where she studied before traveling to Boston. She went on to major in Early Childhood Education from Simmons College in Boston. “I've always wanted to be a wedding planner ever since I could remember. When I moved back to Saudi Arabia from Boston a year ago, I began working on turning my dream into a reality, and I called it Lace.”

When asked about the state of the market when dealing with business manifestations as a woman, she unflinchingly replied she is no less than any man. “I manage just as well as any male entrepreneur does. I'm overwhelmed with the support that I've gotten so far. Being a woman is not a challenge for me. On the contrary, it is now the right time for women entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia.”

Al-Dabbagh finds inspiration in beauty within movement, which she illustrates in Lace designs in events. “My travels and constant research along with my determination and passion influence my inspiration, hence turning every event into a masterpiece.”

Talking about her dream journey, she has spoken about her life on her website, claiming resilience and rights to every right moment that should be celebrated with joy. “Like all great love stories, it started off as a dream: a castle in the sky where a girl in white and her prince charming take a vow to love and cherish one another for as long as they live. Unlike most dreams, this was depicted with every detail in mind: floating flowers blooming in lush pastels, glorious tables with a hundred violins swaying in the background and an endless ivory veil glistening beneath a starry sky.” From that moment, Al-Dabbagh defined her love and translated her thought of ceremony into a celebration.
