BRJ was established in line with the activities of ALJ Community Initiatives. ALJ Community Initiatives aims to contribute in developing social and economic solutions throughout the world for a wide variety of needs.

The ongoing job creation program of BRJ aims to find work for the unemployed throughout the world. BRJ has created more than 250,000 jobs at its branches spread throughout the world today.

BRJ opened its first branch in the Istanbul district of Sancaktepe at the beginning of 2011, Gul said.

“The BRJ job creation officer deals separately with each jobseeker and finds the most suitable job for the unemployed through employment, recruitment and self-employment,” he said.

BRJ’s futures plans are to increase the number of branches in areas with heavy demand for employment in Turkey. BRJ branches all over the world plan to create 1,000,000 jobs a year by 2020.
