Soldiers reply to the queries of the visitors on the various weapons and how they are operated during an operation. Many visitors also were seen watching a film on the armed forces, the SPA reported on Friday.

At the Madinah pavilion, the balila seller is proving to be a major attraction. Rida Al-Moallem, who has been a regular participant in the past events of the festival, has his kiosk near the Anbariyah gate and he sings some funny songs in praise of his wares while receiving visitors.

“I have been in this trade over the past 19 years and have mastered to cook balila with best flavor and my clients come from different provinces,” Al-Moallem said.

It has also been reported that the Madinah pavilion is being replenished with daily supplies of fresh goods by air. Different varieties of dates, traditional dishes and vegetables are in great demand at the exhibition ground.

Fresh Madinah mint is also very popular among visitors. They are brought straight from the farm to Janadriyah by an early morning flight from Madinah.
