The husband confronted his wife calmly after he noticed a change in her behavior. He flew into a rage after the wife denied his allegations. He hit her hard and she fell to the ground.

The man took his wife to the hospital thinking she had passed out. Doctors confirmed to police that the wife was already dead before being brought to the hospital. She had multiple injuries on her face and strangulation marks on her neck. Police are investigating.
