- One of the Saudi Research and Publishing Company (SRPC) staff members, Mohammed Hameeduddin, 42, died on Saturday.
- Saudi Research and Marketing Group staff at the headquarters condoled the family on Hameeduddin’s sudden death.
Hameeduddin worked as technical support in IT and the new media department of SRPC, and he died of a severe heart attack. He is survived by wife Raheem Unissa and two children, Mohammed Mohiuddin, 8, and Mohammed Zakiuddin, 7, who attend Delhi Public School (DPS) in Riyadh.
According to Raheem Unissa, her husband developed severe chest pains and was admitted to the Shumaisi Hospital, where he died at 11:35 p.m.
“It was a great loss for the whole staff,” Mohammed Sheikh, one of his colleagues, said.
Mohammed Nayeem, a close friend of the deceased, said, “Hameeduddin was a pleasant gentleman who always took everything with a smile.” He also thanked the concerned authorities for helping the bereaved family to process the paper work for a quick burial.
Hameeduddin was buried at the Mummul Hammam graveyard on Monday after Asr prayers.
