Riyadh Gov. Prince Khaled bin Bandar honored Saudi Telecom Company (STC) for its role in supporting the training and employment programs conducted by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).

The ceremony was done on the occasion of the twenty-second technical forum held for the graduation of a batch of Riyadh technical colleges and industrial institute trainees, and the first batch of Riyadh technical training college graduates at the headquarters of Riyadh technical training college of STC this week.

The honor acknowledges STC’s role in supporting the programs of the TVTC and the Technical and Vocational Training Council in Riyadh in different training activities and programs. It also reflects the company's concern in support of a promising localization path to serve the Saudi society, and achieve sustained national development and attract the Saudi youth with proven scientific and knowledge abilities so as to use their expertise and polish their skills and enable them to keep up with rapid technical developments witnessed by the telecom industry in Saudi Arabia and the region.

STC was honored and recognized in this connection on several occasions.

The honor was also an appreciation for STC by Riyadh technical training college for supporting the various training programs executed by the college community center in Riyadh in the past.

The technical and vocational training council in Riyadh seeks to create intensive technical training opportunities for the youth of Riyadh and Mohafazat area in coordination with government and private entities.
