An EgyptAir Boeing 737 flight carrying 128 passengers and crew members made an emergency landing in Tabuk on Thursday after the pilot fell sick.

All the passengers and crew members on board the plane are safe, and they resumed their journey later in the night following the arrival of a substitute pilot from Egypt.

The captain started feeling sick 20 minutes into the flight and he sent a request for emergency landing. The pilot was given medical care at the airport. He turned down a suggestion that he be shifted into a hospital.
