X-Cite by Alghanim Electronics has opened its fifth and sixth showrooms in Riyadh’s Al-Yasmeen District on Al-Thumamah Road and Al-Othaim Mall. The showrooms will be followed by two other stores in Riyadh before the end of this year. This rapid expansion is part of the company’s strategic plan to expand across the Kingdom.
“In X-Cite, we strongly believe in the importance of customer service. We believe that our relationship with our customers begins after their purchase, where we provide a number of after-sales services that include an extended warranty program, delivery and installation by well-trained and experienced staff,” said Cedric Gonnet, senior general manager of X-Cite.
He said the brand has a “100 percent Saudi sales team that is knowledgeable and well-trained.”
